It's better to get the nearest Europe out of your head until the next summer. The temperature of the Old World's coastal water has got down to +15 °C and the air temperature as well.

The southern coast of Turkey is also not so hot. In Antalya, so popular among the tourists, the air temperature is about 20 °C above zero, and sometimes it rains there.

But Egypt is quite comfortable at the moment. It is not so hot there as in summer. The water still keeps summer warmth; its temperature is about 22 °C above zero, the air temperature rises up to 27 °C above zero.

It's not possible to warm yourself in Tunis any more. Light rains are expected there, water temperature has got cold down to +16°C, but the air is only +17 °C.

It's hot in the Middle East, so the warmth lovers may bravely set out to the United Arab Emirates. At a popular resort in Dubai water temperature is about +26 °C, but the air temperature rises up to 28 °C above zero.

It is moderate warm at Canary Islands. The air temperature comes up to 20 °C and water - to 22 °C in the daytime. However, a vacation may be clouded by light raining.

Very mild weather keeps at the Maldives: the air temperature is up to 30 °C and water temperature as well. True, there will be light raining. The weather is much better at Seychelles. The temperature there is the same as in Maldives, but it is bright and sunny.

At Goa, the popular Indian resort, water temperature is 27 °C above zero, and air temperature rises up above 30 °C in the afternoon, but there is a probability of rain in some days.

The weather keeps bright and sunny in Thailand and Indonesia. Water temperature by the coasts of South-Eastern Asia has warmed up till 26 °C above zero, the air temperature is 28 °C, so it's quite enough to get warm after the cold Europe.

The season is starting in Latin America now. Water temperature at the beaches of Rio-de-Janeiro is about 20 °C, and the air gets warm till 25 °C under the sun. In Buenos Aires water temperature has reached 22 °C already, and the air temperature exceeds 30 °C in the daytime. It is chilly to swim yet on the most prestigious beaches of Latin America situated in Uruguay next to Montenegro; water temperature is about 19 °C, but the air is 25, so these beaches will be opened for all comers soon.
